When I originally called to ask about a refinance, I spoke with someone who explained the process and gave me some good information regarding the refinance of the current loan. The next morning, I received an email from Phil, stating that he was going to be my Loan Officer. He sent a couple of emails with the information needed to complete the process. Phil was very prompt at answering my emails and answering my questions. I have no knowledge of banking, loans or anything like this, and I am sure I asked Phil a couple bone-headed questions, but Phil was very informative and educated me on some items. He also kept me very informed of the progress of the loan and explained every step for me. I was looking into the process of a refinance for my home. I looked at a couple of banks here in town, one corporate, and another local bank. They both required extensive paperwork for the "checklist." I thought I would call MB and see if it made a difference, since I already had my current mortgage with MB. I was surprised that I only needed a few documents for the checklist and that it was going to save a little money since I was already a current customer. I also was very impressed on how quickly the whole process took. And Phil was very informative and great to work with!
