Jeremiah (Jerry) Kelliher is a group president for MB Business Capital. Kelliher has more than 30 years of experience in corporate and asset based finance. From 2008 until the merger with MB in 2014, he was group senior vice president and region executive for Cole Taylor Business Capital, where he opened the group's regional headquarters in Kansas City, Missouri.
Prior to that, Kelliher was with LaSalle Business Credit (Bank of America Business Credit, following Bank of America’s 2007 acquisition of LaSalle Bank), one of the nation’s largest asset based lending companies. He began his career as an auditor with First Wisconsin Financial Corp., before becoming a business development officer. He later moved on to Farmhouse Foods Corporation, a publicly traded company, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, and then to the investment firm Lowell Listrom & Company, where he served as executive vice president of corporate finance. Kelliher returned to business development when he joined the asset based lending group at Marine Midland Bank (now HSBC Bank). Upon leaving Marine Midland, Mr. Kelliher joined StanChart Business Credit, which was later acquired by LaSalle Bank.
Kelliher is a founding member of ACG (Association for Corporate Growth) Kansas City.
He is a graduate of Marquette University and holds a degree in Marketing and Finance.
