Is there a fee for e-statements?

No. E-statements are free.

How do I sign up for e-statements?

You can sign up by logging into your ibankmb.com Internet banking and clicking on the “Statements” tab, then proceed to click on “Enroll in e-statements”.

Do I have to be an ibankmb.com user to receive my statements online?


Will I receive notification when my statement is available?

Yes, you’ll receive an email notification when your statement is available. Log into ibankmb.com Internet banking to view your statement.

Will my e-statement look the same as my printed statement?


What are the minimum recommended system requirements for e-statements?

  • Windows or Macintosh 
  • Processor Speed: 486 or higher 
  • Modem Speed: 28.8 Kbps or higher 
  • Adobe Acrobat 5.0 or higher

What web browsers can I use to access e-statements?

Most modern browsers can be used to access e-statements. For maximum performance and to ensure 128-bit encryption, we recommend you use Internet Explorer 7 and above or Firefox 3 and above.

How is my account kept safe?

MB’s e-statements use the latest Internet security technology and techniques to help ensure your statement information is as secure as possible. We use user authentication, data encryption, and the use of secure servers, which are designed to keep out potential intruders.

How do I change my email address?

Please call the Telephone Banking Center at 1.888.i bank mb (1.888.422.6562) or log into Internet banking to update your email address.

Should I save my e-statements?

We recommend you save your e-statements to your hard drive and keep a backup copy elsewhere.

Can I request a printed statement even if I’m signed up for e-statements?

Yes, you may request a printed statement by calling the Telephone Banking Center 1.888.i bank mb (1.888.422.6562). There is a $3 charge for all duplicate statement requests.

Can I request a duplicate e-statement?

Yes, we can send you a duplicate e-statement up to 128 days from the statement date. There is a $3 charge for all duplicate statement requests.

Will I keep receiving paper statements in the mail?

No. After you complete e-statement enrollment you may receive one additional paper statement, thereafter your statements will be available online to view, print and save to your computer.

How many statements are available online?

Once you enroll in e-statements you will have access to up to three months of statements with canceled check images and up to three years of statements without checks. Note: Statements prior to September 2010 will look slightly different, as they are in text format.

Will I receive cancelled check images with e-statements?

Yes, you will be able to view canceled check images for the three most recent statement periods.

Why didn’t I receive an email notification that my statement is available?

If you are not receiving email notifications please check the following:

  • Verify that your email address is correct by going to the "Manage Preferences" tab.
  • Check to see if your email provider is filing notifications in your Spam or Junk folder. If it is, add e-statements@mbfinancial.com to your address book to ensure that notifications go to your regular Inbox.

Which accounts are eligible to receive e-statements?

Checking, savings and money market accounts are eligible to receive e-statements.
