Your identity is now even more secure with new measures at MB
MB Financial Bank is committed to ensuring the integrity of your account information and safeguarding your identity whether you're just checking your balance or paying bills online. So starting August 14, before you can complete certain bill pay transactions through ibankmb.com, you'll be asked several multiple choice questions about your personal history that only you can answer.
This new security measure is not intended to replace the Challenge Questions that you selected to protect your privacy when you first enrolled in internet banking. You may still be asked these questions when logging into ibankmb.com from a public computer or any other computer that you haven't logged in from before.
