2 Official Drawing Rules No Purchase Necessary – An MB Financial Bank, NA account or service is not necessary to win and does not improve your chance of winning. Participation – You must be 18 years of age or older and live within MB’s IL, IN or PA service areas. Employees of MB Financial Inc., MB Financial Bank, NA, and its agencies, affiliates or subsidiaries are not eligible to participate for Drawing. One entry per household. Validation – Winners will be randomly selected by a third party on May 31, 2012. The winners will be notified via phone, email and Facebook by June 14, 2012. Winners must redeem prize within 30 calendar days. If the prize is not claimed within the 30-day period, the bank reserves the right to dispose of the prize in the manner it deems most suitable. You may get a list of winners by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to: MB Financial Bank, 6111 North River Road, Marketing Dept., Rosemont, IL 60018. Prize can be picked up at an MB banking center or mailed to main residence. One prize per person. Odds – Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Other Rules – All entries become property of MB Financial Bank, NA. Void where prohibited by law. All entrants, by participating in the contest agree to be bound to these Official Contest Rules. Winner will be required to sign and return a release of liability, affidavit of eligibility, and where lawful, publicity consent agreement. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to the use of his or her name for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If the selected winner is ineligible an alternate winner will be selected. No prize substitutions, cash redemption, or transfers will be permitted. All federal, state, and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
