Community Reinvestment at MB

We're proud to have earned the highest possible rating of "outstanding" Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) for our third consecutive examination.

The examination is conducted by the Office of the Comptroller of Currency (OCC) as described in our CRA Performance Evaluation for 2010, and focused on our activities from 2006 - 2009. Only 7.8% of banks nationwide received such a rating for exams conducted in 2010.

CRA ensures banks serve the needs of their communities, including low- and moderate-income areas, consistent with safe and sound operation of the institution.

Our bank's performance is evaluated every three years by the OCC under the Lending, Investment and Service Tests of the CRA regulation and is analyzed for its performance context and other factors.1 footnote
