• Pass it on to your friend or relative.
• Ask him or her to bring the form to an MB banker when they open a new checking account.
• MB will deposit $25 to your account after the new account is open and the minimum requirements are met.
• MB will deposit $25 to your friend or relative’s account after the new account is open and the minimum requirements are met.

*Minimum balance to open a checking or savings account is $50. Completed referral coupon must be submitted before any payment is made. New referred checking account owner must complete one of the following account requirements within the first two account statement cycles before referring customer or referred customer are eligible for $25 payment: 1) Direct deposit $100 or more each month to your MB checking, OR 2) Make five online bill payments using ibankmb.com, OR 3) Make five signature based debit card transactions, OR 4) Maintain an average monthly balance of $1,000. Completing more of the steps will not result in additional $25 payments to new or referring customer.
