MB Financial Bank’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a 24-month track that is designed to jump-start the professional and personal growth of highly talented and energized individuals in one of the most vibrant cities in the country.  Every form of learning – formalized classroom, on-the-job, e-learning, and roundtable discussions hosted by senior management – focuses on developing the talents of each individual.  Many of these learning opportunities are held at MB University in our on-site, state-of-the-art classrooms.  We give employees the tools they need to succeed and advance in an organization where their decisions impact the bottom line.
