MB Financial Bank’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) offers new college graduates a two-year intensive training program designed to develop technical skills and build upon their potential to become future leaders of the bank. Specifically, the program is designed to combine structured learning (classroom) with experiential learning (on-the-job) with roundtable discussions hosted by senior management to provide the leadership skills needed to be successful. Upon completion, the program enables each individual to contribute his/her strengths to the bank, providing an unmatched post-graduate work experience.
