MB offers a formalized 10-week summer internship program that will begin in June and run through August. Through this program, you'll learn new skills and use skills you've developed through your education. All of our summer internships are paid, full-time positions and are available in a variety of departments across the organization.
Interns meet with various members of the senior management team, who will help you understand MB's role in the community and financial industry. Some of the topics covered in the program are:
- Commercial banking.
- Retail banking.
- Public speaking.
As this program is essentially a “springboard” into our Leadership Development Program (LDP), you'll be given the opportunity to interview for the LDP during your internship. An offer may be extended to join MB upon graduation from college.
